Sustainability Posters
Self-initiated series of posters on the effects of cattle over-production and sustainability. Each posted highlights a different fact on how cattle negatively affects the environment. Burping Cow (above) was included in Green Patriot Posters, published by Metropolis Books in 2010.
Burping Cow: More methane is produced by livestock then the transportation industry.
Stomping Cow: Livestock activity is responsible for degrading seventy percent of dry grazing lands.
